Clients understand and agree to the following money back guarantee policy: For physical products (for example, but without limitation, CDs, DVDs, physical books), any refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the product(s). Refund requests must be submitted to info@kamalifestyles.com and all instructions for product return must be followed by you, or the money back guarantee is voided and you shall not be entitled to any refund, regardless of whether or not you returned the product(s). There is a 10% restocking fee on opened products. For digital or “electronic” products (for example, our eBooks and the Online Confidence Booster Programme) these are strictly non- refundable due to very nature of the products. For live programs (for example, but without limitation, seminars, workshops, bootcamps, individualized training, personal shopping) refund requests must be made prior to the event by email or phone or in person at said event. You understand and agree that orders from outside of the United Kingdom for physical products may be subject to import duties and taxes for any orders placed through Kamalifestyles Ltd. You are responsible for any additional customs clearance fees and taxes. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the carrier abandoning the package and you will be responsible for the cost of the merchandise. You specifically and without limitation waive any and all rights to seek reimbursement of funds paid to Kamalifestyles Ltd. through any mechanism not specifically provided for in these terms and conditions.

Those enrolling in the Bootcamps must be of a legal age to enter bars, lounges, and clubs in the city in which the bootcamp is being held. No refunds will be given because of a student’s failure to gain admission to workshop venues.

To maintain this standard, it is imperative that clients attend their scheduled sessions at the agreed-upon times and adhere to the agreed length of the training program. Clients who fail to do so without prior notice will forfeit their right to reschedule the missed session(s) and will not be eligible for a refund of the service fees. Clients who wish to rebook after non-attendance must follow our standard booking process, which may involve repurchasing the service to complete their training.
