"I took the one-on-one personal coaching session with Kama Lifestyles and I found it very useful and great fun. The coaching was very detailed and in-depth and I learned so much about Inner Game, Body Language, what to say and how to build sexual tension.
The section on Text game was also excellent. The in-field training in the evening was a great opportunity to practice what I'd learned. I was really impressed with the Instructors demonstrations and it was great to watch how easily he used the material to build attraction with the groups.
I noticed myself improving throughout the night, especially my story telling. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The Bootcamp was a very exciting experience for me and I got to know other guys that are in the same situation as I was and so it was easy to make friends with them.
After appoaching several groups of women, I met a girl I really connected with and can't wait to meet her for the first date. The overall experience of the bootcamp was very positive and the instructors were incredible. Hanging out with them in the bar was so much fun. I learned more over the last two days about understanding women and relationships than in my entire life and I am definitely taking the next bootcamp with Kama Lifestyles.

I first heard of Kama Lifestyles on a radio show when driving to work and at that time i was frustrated with myself that when I saw a good looking girl at work or in a bar I was firstly intimidated by her good looks, froze at the thought of speaking to her, didn't know what to say and if I did decide to say something i had to drink far too much to pick up the courage to do so, normally was unsuccessful and all I had to show for it was a bad hangover the next day and a feeling of embarrassment due to not remembering the contents of the conversation.
I went onto the Kama Lifestyles website and saw that there was a 1 to 1 session which I signed up for as a I felt I would get the most benefit from this. I was nervous starting out and didn't really know what to expect as I had not told anyone that i was going to this session. I met the coach and from the outset I felt at ease and started to see things that I was doing wrong from the outset.
The first realisation was that I was knocking myself in my head with negative thoughts before I had even spoken to a girl, so what chance had they? The second realisation was that I was not going to be changed but my approach was to change. Another realisation was that I had achieved alot more difficult things in life than speaking to a girl and also your presentation as regards your clothes should match your personality and social status as your presentation and body language says a lot about you before you even open your mouth.
We spent 4 hours going through the theory which all made perfect common sense and then it was time to go to the bars to practice. I have to admit my anxiety started again but after a half hour I was enjoying it and wondering what I was nervous about. I was also told after every girl how to improve for the next and none of my previous negative thoughts that I had for years were even entering my head while speaking to the girls. I got 3 phone numbers that nite and am arranging dates with girls for next week. I was delighted with the fact that I had conquered my fears and negative barriers and got a result.
It has opened up a whole new social world for me and the next girl that I fancy at work, in a coffee shop, on the street or in a bar is going to be spoken to using the approach that I have learned. Negative barriers are a thing of the past!
Well done Kama Lifestyles, its great to have a service like this in Ireland and I would highly reccommend this service to anyone experiencing difficulties in the dating world!
