After Dating Coaches Stephen Nolan and Mray realised that 85% of their clients were in a relationship after just 3 months, they realised that most men just needed a little guidance and instruction to succeed with women.

Since forming Kama Lifestyles Dating Company, Nolan and Ilkme have trained hundreds of Irish men, from all ages and professions, to relationship success. They have written several articles, which were published by some of the top names in the Dating coaching industry.

As well as appearing in RTE’s “Battle of the Sexes” as a Dating Coach, Stephen has also featured on TV3 speaking on the success of the Kama Lifestyles courses.
